As troops are once again quietly deployed to uncertain corners of the world, and our nation continues to navigate deep political and social unrest, there is a group among us who serve just as bravely, just as silently: military children.
While the headlines rarely feature their names, their lives are marked by the echoes of duty.
They pack up their childhoods into moving boxes more times than most can count. They smile through video calls with deployed parents.
They become caregivers, encouragers, and translators of the unspoken. They are resilient not because they choose to be — but because they have to be.
This April, as we celebrate the Month of the Military Child, the Military Children 2025 World Expo (MCWE 2025) is making a national call: We hear your silent voices.
To every military child — whether you're stationed stateside or overseas, whether you're in kindergarten or preparing for graduation — this Expo is for you.
We see your strength. We honor your story. And more than anything, we want you to know: you are not alone.
To every service member currently deployed, worried about the ones you've left behind — we say with full hearts and clear voices: We’ve got your children’s six.
