Join us for an extraordinary event that brings together participants from around the world to celebrate the strength, resilience, and unity of military children. The Military Children Fit 2 Run is more than just a race; it’s a tribute to the incredible young heroes who navigate the unique challenges of military life with an unwavering spirit.

The run will begin at Macy's by Army Navy Drive and South Hayes Street.

Route Summary (Approx. 3K / 1.86 miles)
Course Route:
• Begin at Macy’s (Army Navy Drive & South Hayes Street)
• Proceed straight on S. Hayes Street, cross 15th Street, continue to 18th Street
• Right on 18th Street toward the Library at S. Hayes
• Around the corner to the swing set
• Left at the swing set to the parking lot
• Right through the parking lot to St. Ives
• Right on St. Ives into Arlington County Park
• Follow the trail, bear left at the fork
• Right on S. Joyce Street
• Right on 15th Street to S. Hayes
• Left on S. Hayes, cross over 15th Street heading back toward Macy’s
• Enter the drive area on the left before reaching Macy’s and follow the sidewalk around to Army Navy Drive
• Finish at the original start/finish line at Army Navy Drive & S. Hayes Street
Finish Line:

The run will conclude at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, where participants will be greeted with cheers and celebrations.

Additionally, for those participants who wish to join Jason David (Purple Heart Receipent and 2025 Torch Bearer), it will take place at the 1/4 mile marker and then proceed to enter Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Mall for the start of the Military Children 2025 World Expo.

Health Guidelines: We will adhere to all current health guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants. This includes social distancing measures, hand sanitizing stations, and mask requirements where necessary.

Accessibility: The route is designed to be accessible for persons with disabilities. There will be designated areas for wheelchair users and other accommodations to ensure everyone can participate fully.
Relay Teams:

For those who cannot run the entire 3K, form a team relay to participate. This allows everyone to contribute and be part of the event, regardless of their physical capabilities.
