Exhibitor Table Details

Booth Equipment: Each exhibitor will receive (1) 6'x 8' booth/Table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket, (1) identification sign (or you may provide your own), (1) black fitted table skirt (you may bring your own), access to Wi-Fi. Organization signage space, and charging station for exhibitors only. No electrical outlet will be provide.

Exhibitor Tables are not carpeted. Exhibitors will not be permitted to install carpet.

Movers Carrying Packages

Materials arriving after April 26, 2024 will not be accepted. (Special circumstance will be on case by case basis. Please email us at shipping@monthofthemilitarychildworldexpo.com). Products or merchandise can be received starting April 1, 2024 for your convenience. Please note that the warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108" x 93"W. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments. If required, provide your carrier with this number 202-854-0062.

Fashion Centre At Pentagon City (Mall) will receive shipments for the World Expo beginning April 1, 2024. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

모든 전시자 자료는 2024년 4월 27일 오후 6시 30분까지 전시 시설에서 반출되어야 합니다. 전시자 반출 마감일까지 전시 시설에서 모든 전시자 자료를 반출하려면 모든 운송업체가 오후 5시까지 체크인하도록 하십시오. 2024년 4월 27일. 귀하가 선택한 운송업체가 최종 퇴거일에 표시되지 않는 경우 당사는 귀하의 비용으로 귀하의 화물을 다른 운송업체로 재운송할 권리를 보유합니다.

Excessive Trash & Table Abandonment

Note that any excessive trash which consists of display materials, crates or pallets, products, signage, will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during exhibitor move-out. Clear your area. Any excessive materials left in the booth/table area at the end of the event will be considered forfeited.
